TV con Brio has a seasoned team of managers and well placed alliances that together bring a great deal of television, cable, media and brokerage experience to the network. The team, through its contacts, brings several additional potential alliances to TV con Brio.
TV con Brio is a wholly owned subsidiary of Latin Media Corp. TV con Brio is a Spanish-language media platform targeting the 18 to 39 year-old US Hispanic TV market. Through a combination of Spanish-language and bi-lingual original new programming, movies, sports, news, and entertainment programs aimed at a heretofore untapped demographic, TV con Brio intends to change the way young Hispanic Americans perceive Latin television and entertainment.
By doing so, TV con Brio seeks to develop market share by obtaining distribution of its content in markets where the U.S. Hispanic population is concentrated in an effort to develop advertising revenues and broadcast revenues.
The new TV con Brio platform will expand its distribution through agreements and affiliations with Low Power TV stations and expansion of its existing Cable TV footprint in the US. The Company will enter into agreements with Low Power TV station owners to operate TV stations in essence a leasing arrangement.
TV con Brio will obtain its revenues through the sale of advertising time. This will be accomplished primarily through local sales people to clients consisting of local restaurants, clubs, professionals, merchants and infomercials. Plans are already underway for the hiring of a professional sales and marketing manager with six sales executives. TV con Brio is in the works of signing a deal with one of the most important newspapers in the area where, through a barter deal, TV con Brio will be able to promote the network. To effectively manage a strategic sales plan, TV con Brio will hire a veteran sales manager experienced in both ethnic and general markets.
